Open the list anytime with Ctrl+Alt+/ (same chord in Excel). Dialog lists every bound action. Also: Config → Configure shortcuts.
When to use it: learn defaults, disable a chord, or rebind so Sync / Check / Arrange match how you work.
1. Rebind
- Press Ctrl+Alt+/, or Configure → Configure shortcuts.
- Click the chord next to an action → press a new combination (must include
CtrlorAlt), or Esc to disable. - Save — conflicts are blocked. No restart needed.

Check fonts and Finalize deck have no default chord (ribbon only). Rebind or leave them ribbon-only.

3. Share with the team
PowerPoint shortcut overrides travel in Export setup / Import setup — see Configure.
Troubleshooting
- Shortcut does nothing — disabled or rebound here; license must be active for most actions.
- Same letter as Excel, different app — chords are per host; Ctrl+Shift+E is Export in Excel and Excel Links in PowerPoint.
